Actions on Multiple Files

On own files

The following actions are available on multiple own files to the Owner user: 'Move To', 'Approval Workflow', 'Archive', 'Download', and 'Delete'. The only exception is the Project Lead (or Project Owner), who has the same actions on all the files as the Owner of the file has. To use the available actions on multiple files where you are the Owner, please do the following:

1. Hold Ctrl on your keyboard and click on multiple files to select them. The selected files are being highlighted.
2. Hold Ctrl and right-click on any of the highlighted files. In the context menu, all available actions are displayed.
3. Choose one of the actions. You can move multiple files, copy, download or delete at once.

On other Owners' files

The following actions are available on multiple files of another Owner: 'Approval Workflow', 'Download', and 'Archive'. To use the available actions on multiple files of another Owner, please do the following:

1. Hold Ctrl on your keyboard and click on files to select them. Selected files are being highlighted.
2. Hold Ctrl and right-click on any of the highlighted files. In the context menu, all available actions are displayed.
3. Choose one of the actions. You can copy or download multiple files at once.
