Attach Documents to an Issue

Add files to attachments consists of a couple easy steps. You have two options of adding your files, select from the ‘Storage’ or ‘Upload’ from PC. To add attachments to your issue, click on the 'Add attachment' button.


Upload from PC

If you want to upload a file from your computer, select 'Upload' on the top of the window.

There are two options:

  1. Drag a single file or multiple files from your computer and drop them into the 'cloud' illustration.

  2. Click on the ‘Select files from your system’ button and browse for the files on your system.

Attach from Storage

If you choose to attach files from ‘Storage’, you have two options: add from 'My Documents' or from 'Projects'. ​

  1. Click on either the ‘My Documents’ or 'Projects' folder.
  2. Browse and select the files.
  3. Or select the file and click the ’Insert’ button to complete attaching.
