When a user creates an Issue, the QMS checkbox is an available feature which is by default set to off. The QMS checkbox is the simplest and easiest way to trigger a QMS Issue. It flags for the QMS Manager that this issue needs their attention. QMS Issues need particular attention, either some approval is required or simply acknowledging that the Task is at a certain point and requires, or not, some action on the part of the QMS Manager or designated person.
