Special components are used to collect the following data: E-mail, Phone Number, Date/Time, Day, Currency, Attachment and Survey.
- "Email" component.
- In "Display" section of the window, please fill listed fields.
In the Label you can cite the name of field (please note that label ‘E-mail’ appeared by default, but it could be changed).
The Placeholder field contains text which will appear if field stays empty (could be used as description of field and it is visible until text is entered).
The Description part appears below the inputted field (in this part you can write explanation for inputted field).
In the Input Mask part, it is possible to pre-define format of field (would it be alphabetical, numeric or alphanumeric field - using a, 9 or * to define format).
With the Prefix and Suffix fields you can define text which will appear before and after a field.
Additional checkboxes:
a) Multiple Values - Allows multiple values to be entered in the field and select values from the list.
b) Clear Value When Hidden - Clears value of field if field is hidden (checked automatically).
c) Disabled - Check to disable form input
d) Printable - The element appears in exported PDF, marked by default (checked automatically).
- In "Data" - set values which will be displayed in drop-down menu.
- In "Validation" part you can set if filling this field should be obligatory or not. By this you can make sure that the form cannot be submitted in regular Expression Pattern before filling the given input field.
- In "Layout" part you can set margins values.
- "Conditional" field - Mark this box if you want the field to appear depending only if a certain, given condition (content or value) is met in another field.
- In "Display" section of the window, please fill listed fields.
After defining the desirable values for the E-mail component, click the "Save" button and the E-mail field will appear in the form editor port. Please note, it is not obligatory to define values for all sections.

- "Address" component
- "Date/Time" component. After it is dropped in form editor, its window appears and contains following elements:
- In "Date" if click on Enable Date Input checkbox to enable that dates can be entered in this field (it is checked automatically). In Minimum and Maximum Date fields set which dates could be picked as minimum and maximum dates. In Starting day field set the first day of week. In Minimum and Maximum Mode fields set the smallest and largest unit of time view to display in the date picker. In the Number of Years Displayed (Rows and Columns) set the number of years to display in the years view (rows/columns). To display the week numbers on the date picker, select "Show Week Numbers" checkbox (it is checked automatically).
- In "Time" if click on Enable Time Input checkbox to enable that time can be entered in this field (it is checked automatically). In the Hour Step Size field set the number of hours to increment/decrement in the time picker and in the Minute Step Size set the number of minutes to increment/decrement in the time picker.
Additional checkboxes:
a) 12 Hour time (AM/PM) - If checked, time will be displayed in 12-hour (am/pm) time (this is checked automatically). If not checked, it will appear in 24-hour time.
b) Read Only Input - If checked, users cannot directly enter a time. They can only use the increment/decrement controls to change the time. If unchecked, users can directly enter time values.
- "Day component" could be added to form. Its windows display following:
- In "Display" section it is allowed to define the Label of field and to cite its name (please note, pre-defined name of field is Day and is set by default, but it could be changed). In Day, Month and Year Placeholder is allowed to define content of fields which will appear if field stays empty.
Additional checkboxes:
a) Day first –Displays Day field before the Month field.
b) Hide Day – hides the Day field.
c) Hide Month – Hides the Month Field.
d) Hide Year – Hides the year Field.
e) Clear Values When Hidden - Clears value of field if field is hidden (checked automatically).
f) Disabled – check to disable form input.
g) Printable – the element appears in exported PDF, marked by default (checked automatically).
- In the "Currency" component
- The "Attachment" component allows you to attach files while filling the form.
- In "Display" section of the window, please fill listed fields. In the Label you should cite the name of field. In the Questions list add all questions you would like that your survey contains and add values that can be selected per question as answer in the Values part. The Default value could be set for this field.
Additional checkboxes:
a) Inline Layout - displays radio buttons horizontally.
