Working with Issues

Tracking and responding on time to the Issues of the project is very important. qmsWrapper provides a whole set of features to follow your Issues. Let’s see how to keep track of your Issues and the progress of your project.

Issue tracking

To view Issue tracking, go to your project and select 'Summary'. Newly created Issues are now displayed here. For every Issue type inside the project, number and ratio of completed Issues is displayed. In the example below, we see the Issue tracking for all newly created Issues:

Overdue Issues

It is easier to follow Issues that are past due date if you can view them in a dedicated section. They are displayed in a list, so the user can quickly jump to the concerning Issues.

View new Issues

All new Issues appear in Project > Issues, and Dashboard > Issues assigned to me. Here’s an example:
